Error messages are presented to the user when the program detects an unexpected condition during its operation. An error message usually lists two numbers, a "Picture This... Error:" and an "API Error:".

If you find the error message on the support page, your problem has been reported to us previously and we will be able to provide an update immediately that will fix your problem.
