Error 257, 239, 238, or 128 (Windows)

These errors occur when one of our programs is first started or when a picture is selected, or when doing a search. They are presented because of two possibilities, either a label database was corrupted on the system, or you are using an older version of a formatting program with reduced user privileges. Database corruption may occur in some instances if the machine lost power without being shut down, or if there was a system lockup. A fix is available to recover the databases automatically and to provide automatic recovery if the problem occurs again in the future. This fix also permits running at any user privilege level. Mac OS X update for Picture This... Professional and Functional Living Skills (Macintosh)

Error 127 Mac OS Error 12 (Mac OS X)

This error occurs when the user's folder is stored on a server instead of locally on the machine. A fix is available for this problem, please contact Silver Lining Multimedia support at (888) 777-0876.

Installer Doesn't run (Windows)

On some systems it has been reported that double clicking the installer on the CD does nothing, or in some cases an error message may occur. If you experience this behavior, there is a fix that is available, please contact Silver Lining Multimedia support at (888) 777-0876.

Windows Error -2147467259

This error occurs with older versions of Picture This... Pro when a printer driver has been uninstalled from the system. Deleting the print.bin file from the AppState directory of the installation directory (C:\Program Files\SilverLMM\PTPro) will fix this error.

Older versions of Picture This... Pro

Cutting lines don't show up on print out.
In Picture This... Pro Version 3.02, error 380 or 483 when attempting to print.
In Picture This... Pro Version 2.1, a problem associated with the following error numbers: 128, 239, 257, and runtime error 68.
In Picture This... Pro Version 2.1, at error that can occur when the program is first started and a printer has not been defined.
In Picture This... Pro Versions 2.1 and 3.0 a problem with printer settings on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. This may show up as printing in black and white instead of color, and also not being able to specify a number of copies greater than 1.
